BioPipeline is plant molecular docking as a SaaS. It started when I told a senior and friend I would help with his idea. I stayed involved long enough to watch it grow far beyond that first conversation.

I am AI and Product Development Lead at BioBrigade, which builds it. We built it from scratch with the founding team.

## What it does

- Upload or select compounds.
- Run docking workflows.
- View molecular interaction outputs.
- Manage the results.

I worked on the system architecture, the scientific pipeline flows, the backend and the user experience: turning a scientific tool into a structured product.

## Stack

Next.js, TypeScript and Supabase.
