Track My Academy is sports academy management software. It is published by TrackMy Tech Pvt Ltd, where I am Executive Director.
It started with a coach complaining. He was struggling to manage attendance and payments for his training batch. I was coaching football part-time at the time, and the problem stuck.
We hired someone to build it. It came back in PHP, looking like 2006. So I built it myself.
What it does
- Attendance: QR, biometric or app check-in, with absence alerts.
- Fees: invoices and fee reminders.
- Player progress: reports and performance trends.
- Parent communication: messages, instead of six WhatsApp groups.
- For many academies at once: multi-tenant, with role-based access for owners, coaches and parents.
Real academies run on it. There is a free plan.
Where it runs
The web app and the Android app are live. The iOS app is coming soon.
I built the product end to end: the product structure, user flows, architecture, backend, database, deployment and the mobile apps. I also built an internal Pager System, a real-time error and notification tool for the developers working on it.
